SUNY Potsdam’s women’s volleyball team defeated Vermont State-Johnson, 3-1, Wednesday at Maxcy Field House in Potsdam to claim its first win of the season.

Vermont State-Johnson took the opening set, 25-20, before Potsdam won the next three, 25-19, 25-21 and 25-23. The result moved the Bears to 1-1.
