Watertown police charged Chevy Dorr, 18, with misdemeanor menacing after an officer alleged that Dorr pointed what appeared to be a rifle at him on Mechanic Street, according to city court documents referenced in the report.
The officer later located Dorr near dumpsters in a Wendy’s parking lot, where police said he placed the gun on the ground. The weapon was identified as an airsoft-type gun.
