Watertown police report six arrests and charges

Watertown city police reported charges against six people, including allegations involving larceny, warrants, impaired driving and bail jumping.

Watertown city police reported six arrests and charges involving allegations ranging from grand larceny and criminal mischief to impaired driving and bail jumping.

Police said Scott L. Thomas was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Matthew D. Taylor was charged with moving from unsafely and driving while intoxicated; police said his reported blood alcohol content was 0.14%. Skyler-Jay F. Brayton was charged with second-degree bail jumping, a felony.

Police also reported warrant-related charges against Patrick M. Stevenson, Michael W. Hutt and Randy R. Grimmer Jr. The cases were pending arraignment in City Court or CAP Court, and Stevenson was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, according to the report.
