* WHAT...Temperatures between 32 and 36 degrees will result in frost formation. * WHERE...The northern St. Lawrence Valley, the Champlain Valley outside of Grand Isle County in Vermont, and portions of central and southern Vermont. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas near and along Lake Champlain, generally within 5 miles, will be less likely to see frost.
