* WHAT...Temperatures between 32 and 36 degrees will result in frost formation. * WHERE...The northern St. Lawrence Valley, the Champlain Valley outside of Grand Isle County in Vermont, and portions of central and southern Vermont. * WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
