Fraud prevention presentations planned in Massena

Two free presentations on fraud and identity theft are scheduled for Oct. 7 at the Massena Community Center, 61 Beach St.
SeaComm is organizing the sessions with the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation. The presentations will run from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Guests may attend either session. No preregistration is required.
