A 32-year-old Gouverneur man was arrested Sept. 9 on a bench warrant issued by Gouverneur Town Court and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, according to the submitted report.
The charge followed an investigation into a stolen motorcycle valued at approximately $5,000. The man was arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court and released, the report said.
