Jefferson County man arraigned on charge of threatening federal officer
A La Fargeville man was arraigned in federal court on a criminal complaint charging him with threatening a federal law enforcement officer, prosecutors said.
Dylan Daniell, 33, of La Fargeville, was arraigned Oct. 9 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York in Syracuse on a criminal complaint charging him with threatening a federal law enforcement officer, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the FBI’s Albany Field Office.
Daniell was ordered held pending a detention hearing scheduled for Oct. 15 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mitchell J. Katz, the offices said. The case concerns a Jefferson County resident, but the complaint remains an allegation and no conviction was reported.
