LaFargeville man charged after alleged threats to FBI agents
A LaFargeville man was charged in federal court after agents said he sent a threatening text following an attempted interview about disturbing calls to a New Jersey charity.
Dylan Daniell of LaFargeville was charged with threatening a federal law enforcement officer with intent to impede, intimidate or interfere, according to federal court documents cited in the report.
FBI agents said Daniell sent them a threatening text after they tried to question him about phone calls to a Jewish charity in Lakewood, New Jersey. The FBI said the phone number used in those calls was traced to Daniell. Agents later arrested him at Penet Square Apartments in the village. The allegations have not been proven in court.
