Massena and Clifton-Fine each opened Tuesday with a shutout girls volleyball win. Massena swept Malone, 3-0, while Clifton-Fine also took a 3-0 decision over Brushton-Moira.
Indian River fell to Fulton, 3-0, and Madrid-Waddington dropped a 3-1 match to Tupper Lake.
