Otisco man charged with 43 felony counts in child sexual abuse material case
An Otisco man was charged with 43 felony counts after an investigation involving child sexual abuse material found on a Google account, according to court records.
Luke D. Underwood, 39, of Otisco, was charged with 43 felony counts in Onondaga County in a case involving child sexual abuse material, court records show. The charges include 25 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child and 18 counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child under 17 involving a sexual act.
Underwood pleaded not guilty during an arraignment in Onondaga County Court. The investigation was conducted by the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office. His next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 21 in Onondaga County Court.
