Potsdam begins 2027 budget process, sets tax-cap hearing

The Town of Potsdam has started work on its 2027 budget, including a review of projected spending and revenue, the town council said.

The council also voted to schedule a public hearing on a tax-cap override. The hearing is held annually as a safeguard and does not necessarily mean the final budget will exceed the state tax cap.
