Potsdam man charged with felony larceny in diesel case
A Potsdam man was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after deputies alleged that $2,124 worth of diesel was taken from a trucking company’s fueling station on four occasions.

The St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office said deputies charged Erwin Schober, 66, of Potsdam, with fourth-degree grand larceny on Sept. 27. Deputies alleged that diesel valued at $2,124 was taken from a trucking company’s fueling station in Potsdam on four occasions.
Schober was cited and released, according to the sheriff’s office.
