A two-day swim camp led by two-time Olympian Liliana “Lili” Ibanez is scheduled for Oct. 10-11 at Maxcy Hall Pool in Potsdam, according to information provided for the event by Northern TRIBS Swimming Inc.
The camp is intended for competitive swimmers age 10 and older. Sessions will cover freestyle and backstroke technique, starts, turns, finishes and underwater skills. Ibanez represented Mexico at the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games and was a 19-time NCAA All-American.
Each session is scheduled to run from 9 to 11:30 a.m. or 12:30 to 3 p.m. Registration is available through Fitter & Faster, with space limited for the sessions.
