Watertown asks CitiBus riders for input on possible service changes

Watertown has launched a 30-day survey asking CitiBus riders about routes, schedules, reliability and possible barriers to using the public transportation system.

The survey is available through QR codes on buses and at stations. City transportation officials may use the responses to consider route changes and other service improvements. The city currently operates three buses across five routes, and some routes have not changed in decades, Transit Director Brandi Smith said.
