Amber Spinner is running for the District 11 seat on the St. Lawrence County Board of Legislators, which covers parts of Potsdam and Stockholm. She is a music teacher at Potsdam Elementary School, according to North Country Public Radio. Glenn Webster is the incumbent District 11 member of the St. Lawrence County Board of Legislators and is seeking a second term. The county's official listing gives a Norwood address. According to North Country Public Radio, he served four years on the Norwood Village Board, chairs the legislature's Services Committee and has served on roughly a dozen other committees, including Buildings and Grounds and the county health care committee. In an NCPR interview he pointed to capital projects completed without raising taxes and to a planned county highway facility on Route 11 as work he wants to continue.
