Craft, Food and Wine market planned for Sept. 12 in Madrid

The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce plans to hold its seventh annual Craft, Food & Wine Open-Air Market from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 12 at the St. Lawrence Power & Equipment Museum in Madrid.

Admission is $5, while children 12 and younger can attend free. The event is expected to feature more than 80 vendors selling items including wine, spirits, honey, baked goods, soaps, woodwork, pottery, jewelry and other handcrafted products. Food concessions are scheduled to open at 11 a.m., with coffee and doughnuts available when the gates open. Parking and entrances are near Fort Tribute at 1755 State Route 345.
