Ogdensburg police said a 19-year-old Gouverneur woman was charged Sept. 16 after an animal complaint at Walmart at 3000 Ford Street Ext.

Police said she was cited at 4:11 p.m. for confining a companion animal in a vehicle during extreme temperatures. She was ticketed and released.
