North Country Community College opens registration for health worker training
North Country Community College is accepting registrations for a 10-week, fully online Community Health Worker Training Program session beginning Oct. 12.
North Country Community College is offering a second session of its Community Health Worker Training Program. The 10-week course begins Oct. 12 and will be held online on Mondays from 6 to 8:40 p.m., the college said.
Registration is available at nccc.edu/community-health-worker. The college also plans a Zoom information session on Friday, Sept. 25, at 11 a.m. No previous Community Health Worker experience is required. The program is intended for people interested in community health and those working in healthcare, emergency medical services, public health, human services, social services or community organizations.
