Ogdensburg man pleads guilty in deaths of two Massena businesspeople

A 21-year-old Ogdensburg man pleaded guilty in St. Lawrence County Court to two felony counts of criminally negligent homicide in connection with the December 2024 deaths of Real C. “Frenchie” Coupal and Loretta Perez, according to the submitted report.

Connor Graveline also pleaded guilty to failing to stop at a stop sign and using an electronic device while driving. The plea was entered as part of a deal, the report said.
