Ogdensburg museum begins second year of homeschool history program

The Ogdensburg History Museum is launching the second year of its Maple City Explorers program, a monthly history series for homeschool students ages 6 and older. Sessions are scheduled from September 2026 through May 2027 at the museum, 206 Ford Street, with the first session set for Sept. 14.

The program will meet from 10 a.m. to noon on the second Monday of each month. The museum said the series will include hands-on activities, primary-source exploration and storytelling focused on the St. Lawrence River valley. Enrollment is limited to 12 children per session.
